Withernsea Outreach Event

theREIGN are delighted to have been asked back to play in Valley Gardens for the Withernsea churches’ outdoor outreach event (hopefully the weather will be as stunning as it was in July 2010).

Appearing alongside the band this time are renowned Christian singer/songwriter Angie Lendon and speaker/singer/songwriter Jarrod Cooper. The fun kicks off at 2:30pm.

Mega-Update 3: The Future

When you are as sad a geek as I am, there are few things in life that cannot be linked in some way to a quote from Babylon 5, and in the couple of weeks since I posted part 2 of this Mega-Update, the quote above has come into my mind over and over again.

Mega Update 2: The Present

Being a fan of the great sport of Ice Hockey, I am pretty familiar with the concept of having a good Transition Game, that is being able to turn offense into defence and vice versa, quickly and effectively. Well … theREIGN are currently playing their own transition game and looking to operate with equivalent speed and effectiveness.

Pentecost in Withernsea

We have now received further details of the outdoor Pentecost event in Valley Gardens on 23 May 2010, at which the speaker will be South African preacher Bill Winter.

The event itself will be a straightforward mixture of lively praise and worship, a few of our own songs for good measure and a sermon from Mr Winter.

This is exciting event for theREIGN to be a part of, and should be an uplifting and inspiring afternoon out (hopefully) in the sun. If you are in the vicinity, come along and join in.
