			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As you can see, the site is back in the land of the living and work is now proceeding apace with the rebuild and re-design. One of the downsides of using WordPress (or indeed any database driven site) is that you cannot do any meaningful work beyond uploading the files before the new DNS settings have permeated across the internet. That mans, unfortunately that most of your design and build work is done in full view of the public. C&#8217;est la vie.<br />

The upsides in flexibility and ease of administration do, however, outweigh those downsides, provided you have a sympathetic audience who don&#8217;t mind seeing the site after it has just got up in the morning. </p>
<p>Work will continue over the next few days, and hopefully by the weekend, the new and improved site will be here in all its glory. </p>
